GooTurkey is a tourism-focused web platform developed for a newly established tourism agency to showcase their tours and destinations. The platform was designed to present their offerings in a clear and engaging way, helping potential customers explore available experiences across Türkiye. This project also marked an important step for us in entering the tourism sector, shaping future opportunities in this space.

The project came through a direct referral, and we moved quickly from initial discussions to delivery, completing the full platform in 3 weeks between July and August 2025.

I worked as a Full-Stack Developer, taking ownership of both the frontend and the content infrastructure. The goal was to build a system that is visually appealing for visitors while remaining flexible and easy to manage on the client side.

On the frontend, I developed the platform using Next.js, focusing on performance, SEO, and a clean user experience suitable for a content-driven tourism product. The structure was designed to highlight destinations and experiences in a clear and engaging way.

For content management, we integrated Sanity CMS, allowing the client to easily manage tours, destinations, and related content. This made it possible for the agency to update their offerings independently and keep the platform dynamic as new tours are added.

Beyond the technical side, this project was also valuable in positioning us within the tourism and travel tech space, opening the door for similar collaborations and industry-specific solutions.
