KOU Apsis is an academic dashboard platform designed for university staff to monitor courses, academic output, and performance metrics through a centralized interface.
The goal of the platform was to make academic data more accessible and understandable, providing a clear overview of metrics such as publications, citations, and overall performance.
I worked as a Front-End Developer during the early development phase of the project, contributing to the initial implementation of the user interface. My main responsibility was translating Figma designs into a functional and responsive application using Next.js, while ensuring consistency and usability across different parts of the dashboard.
The work involved building core UI components, structuring layouts, and integrating data-driven elements such as charts and metric displays. A key focus was maintaining clarity in how information is presented, making complex academic data easier to navigate and interpret.
After approximately two months of development, the project was handed over to another team for further expansion and long-term maintenance.
This experience reflects my ability to contribute effectively in the early stages of a product, quickly turning design concepts into working interfaces and helping establish a solid foundation for future development.
